We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant, who is enthusiastic, highly motivated and inspirational; a teaching assistant who has the desire and passion to make a real difference to the lives and life-chances of our children. We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to five days a week, however we are happy to be flexible for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Show initiative, provide intervention, promote independent learning, and work successfully as part of a team.
  • Have knowledge of the KS1 / KS2 curriculum.
  • Have high expectations of all children for learning and behaviour.
  • Be able to manage time effectively and balance different priorities.

We can offer:

If you are an excellent teaching assistant who has a passion for learning, then please apply by emailing your completed application to office@langley-primary.org.uk.  If you require any further information, please contact the school office on 020 8639 5300.

We are committed to equality of opportunity for all our staff.

We particularly welcome applicants from ethnic minority backgrounds as they are currently under-represented on our staff body.

We recognise the vital contribution that members of a diverse team make to our pupils learning. The range of cultural experiences, differing viewpoints, and role models this brings is essential in our Trust and we recognise the gap that would be left in our offering without these.

Impact Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

Please note, while there is a closing date for applications, we may choose to interview and appoint a candidate prior to this date if a strong candidate is identified.

Closing date for applications: Wednesday 5th March at 9am

Candidates who have not been contacted by this date should assume their application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
